Eugenio Concepcion, D.O., is a general surgeon with more than twenty years of experience. During his service in the United States Navy, he held surgical director and leadership roles at naval hospitals in Puerto Rico, Italy, and Florida.
Dr. Concepcion evaluates and treats venous insufficiency and varicose veins, applying his surgical expertise to improve vascular health.
